The thing is, if a person is not interested with Mulder and Scully’s work they wouldn’t appreciate a bit of it. Though I do have things to complain but I still have lots of things to be grateful about this movie.
This movie is not made entirely for the purpose of making money. CC has plans for X-Files. You have to grin and bear it for the real truth to be revealed to you…
It is disappointing because we all expected an alien film but it was very disappointing because we the philers got what we want,X-Files + Mulder and Scully. I didn’t mind it was a stand alone movie because the Alien topic should came out on December 2012.
This is what CC wanted to make a movie but not for the money, he wanted a stand alone movie because he didn’t want the audience to be confuse. Another thing he wants is to show the Philers what happen to Mulder and Scully’s relationship.
A lot of the people up here want to hate on this movie, just because it’s the thing to do and everyone else does. If you watch it for yourself, you’ll see it’s a very cool movie, in the same vein as the series, which was not all aliens or monsters. A lot of the X-Files involved psychics, weird killings, cults, odd serial killers etc. I really dug it, it had the same type of character vibe as the series, was better than fight for the future. Only qualm would be with X-Zibit being cast.
Well the X-files always had random wierd stuff in there thats what i thought when i first thought of the x-files but then i watched the series and its not all about aliens…but w.e..
