A curious detail: I’ve just watched the Spanish dub of this movie and I am sure that the woman emerging from the sea and coming into the boat was nude. Why is she wearing a bikini on this trailer????
Sorry, but there is no excuse for the things that happened. Sure, there’s always another side, but no matter what it was nothing justifies killing innocents.
This movie is not only a political masterwork but it is a huge step in animation like it is so unique it has a whole new feel that kinda takes you there. It shows more emotion.
maybe u did but because I didnt really know much about the conflict and know even less about the complicated politics of the middle east it only prompted me to look into all those things AFTER id seen it. During it didnt really figure becasue it is much more about the people….and clips of bad porn :-p
poor Israelis….from victims to slaughterers, and now poor them the have psychological problems and need to re-create the history ?? find a scape goat and save their self from the shadows. May be in 20 years they will produce another animation and they will say that Aliens slaughter 1500 people in Gaza in 2008-9

This movie is full of bulshit….every thing in it is just lies, it’s not the christian phalangiste who killed all those refugies but israeli’s commando and some christian milita men…..and for t1201971, Bashir couldn’t ordered this massacare simply because he was already dead the people who did that are murederers but are not the christian phalangist as it is said in the movie, a lot of other stories told in the movie are also lies….

The film doesn’t make excuses, it just tells the IDF’s side of the story; which is that it was the Phalangists that carried out the massacre.
