I gotta admit that Dee Jay Max was good but I always thought that Billy Blanks would have been a good Dee Jay Max as the character was modelled after him.

T-Hawk= the Rock.
He was a pro-wrestler with the WWE. He would enter the ring with or end a speech by holding the microphone high and just yelling….
“If you smeeeeeeeeeell, what the ROCK, is cookin” and would then give the camera the ‘people’s eyebrow’. I guess Google can explain it better than me
