I doubt this will be as scary as parts 2 and 4 those were the scariest, three was scary too and, this will probably scarier than the latter sequels which were more comical than scary.

Back in 98, when Van Sant had the audacity to remake “Psycho” At the time I thought, “Great, now some shmuck will probably try and remake Halloween.” 10 years later Rob Zombie decided he wanted to make terrible movies instead of terrible music. So there we were in the end of the first decade of the 21st century with two of the holy trinity of slasher movies remade- Psycho and Halloween now had malignant attachments- now they are going to sully the name of Crystal Lake…
But for me this story ends with Freddy vs. Jason long live the kings and I pray to god some day some original shit eventually gets written and that Cali finally falls off into the sea along with there shity ass remakes.
Alright fuck rods I’m 30 years old so I know what fuck means and yes this movie will most likely be “cool” in the fact that Hollywood will fill it with all the new “cool” actors and new FX you tools love. But for me and any other true horror fans it will suck ass. Face it you dumb fucks you are going to pay to see a movie that came out before I ever even knew what a horror movie was so enjoy destroying a perfectly good franchise.

It looks great, but the real test will be the movie itself. It could be great or fail horribly. I hope the transitions between the story lines are done well – from Pamela Voorhees to Jason with the sack to Jason with the hockey mask. I agree that this trailor spoils a lot, but it’s cool that it’s a remake of the original trailer and it’s done well. The movie, I hope, is done just as well.
