there is gonna be the brotherhood in new Vegas because, if you go to fort independence ( or something ) the guy that gives you a quest looking for items says there is the brotherhood in California
@hesinsan3 LOL!!!!No…Its a New California Republic soldier,he has nothing to do with the BoS.The NCR(not RNC!!!!) is a federation of towns in california.If you played FO 1 you would know that the NCR was then founded,and that in FO 2 had a major roll in the story and that it has nothing to do with the Brotherhood…
Looks like Vegas really developed after the bombs dropped. Hell, if there’s one city that can flourish in a wasteland filled with vagabonds and raiders, it’s Sin City.

All I know is fallout 3 ROCKSSS so hardcore exspecially with knowing how to configure their gaming engine.

Instead of 0.
In the fallout 3 INI file in your documents.
