Millions of people may be guilty of collaberating with the Nazi’s. let’s say the Bielski’s were cold blooded killers-they still saved 1,200 people under horrendous conditions. The movie does not make heros of them, in fact it shows their bad traits. It is only a story. Who knows what happened and go live in the forest for a week in the winter with no or little food after seeing your family and friends killed.
Those Jews from this movie killed 128 polish peasants from naliboki in 1943 – they attacked polish village at 5 o’clock in the morning and during 2 hours they killed 128 polish persons. In Koniuchy in 1944 Jews made similar massacre- there they killed acording to jewsih killer Chaim Lasar about 300 polish peasants.After WWII jewish communists and spitzels killed about 6 000 Poles- members of anticommunist and antinazist resiatance . That’s why they accused us of antisemitism -to hide own crimes

From what I have read the investigation began after “memoirs” or accounts written by members of the Bielski group were published in the US/Canada. The books contained what looked like an account of the action in Naliboki. These accounts were brought to the attention of the IPN who as a result began the investigation. Therefore I believe it is members of the group who put themselves at the scene and published the fact, which began the investigation.
